Probably should have gone for a surf but I didn't realise there were any waves until I was on my bike and heading away from the sea.

Went from home, into the wood behind Taliesin were I looked at some mad drops and ramps that people have been building... Too hardcore for me!

Then headed up the hill and across into Artists Valley before heading back.

Nothing too exciting but good to get a few miles in the legs.
